1. Program Description

By opting in to receive SMS messages from MKA Connections, you agree to receive text messages related to business communications. These messages may include, but are not limited to, scheduling and confirmation of upcoming visits, order delivery notifications, responses to product questions, ordering assistance, and other customer service–related communications.

Messages are conversational and sent by individual staff members as part of an existing business relationship or in response to customer inquiries.

2. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Providing your mobile number to MKA Connections and requesting text message communication, or

  • Initiating a text message to a MKA Connections business phone number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction, inquiries, and service needs.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-initiate contact or request to opt back in.

8. Supported Carriers
